    Hey hey

I really love it when the leaves come out in the spring. Its such a refreshing change to know those strange looking wood things that stick out of the ground bare for half the year are actually alive.

Theres these two cops casing my parking lot right now, looking for kids doing stupid shit. I can see them from my window closing in on this group of kids. They should go up to the creepy green light at the observatory and check out the alien landing site.

Just got off the phone with cove, hes shitfaced down in dartmouth. We had a good conversation about various women we know.

So theres this internship that im trying to get for the summer. Its at Aetna US Healthcare in Middletown, CT. Id be working in their information systems dept doing database programming and writing applications which interact with databases. Ive been back for 2 interviews now, i find out on may 6 if i get the position. I really hope i do.

Been running, did the whole outer loop today. Felt good.

    Ok im gone.

    The Test
Sonny: Alright, listen to me. You pull up right where she lives, right? Before you get outta the car, you lock both doors. Then, get outta the car, you walk over to her. You bring her over to the car. Dig out the key, put it in the lock and open the door for her. Then you let her get in. Then you close the door. Then you walk around the back of the car and look through the rear window. If she doesn't reach over and lift up that button so that you can get in: dump her.

    Calogero: Just like that?

Sonny: Listen to me, kid. If she doesn't reach over and lift up that button so that you can get in, that means she's a selfish broad and all you're seeing is the tip of the iceberg. You dump her and you dump her fast.

    WHats up all you homies?
    So,

Whats up everyone? The other day my crackpot linear algebra teacher decided to hold class on the wall of lederle in protest of some gsa and lombardi thing or something. So instead of learning linear algebra on a chalkboard, he wrote in chalk on the side of lederele. It was rather ammusing until you realized you werent learning anything, the stuff he was teaching was important, and ants were crawling all over you as he taught. He is one crazy motherfucker.

Anyways, I think i have planter fascitis in my left foot which isnt good. Tried to run today, warmed up, foot hurt too much to go.

Went to ABC upstairs tonight, was a good time, partied with Gillens family which was fun.

Good Weather, Good Frisbee, Good stuff.
    Hello my live journal audience!

So today was a pretty good day. Rather hot except in the edlab in which they keep the thermostat set to refrigerator 24/7. Its a good haven from the heat that only us priveleged compsci kids get to enjoy. And by enjoy i mean go there and want to stab your eyes out with pencils because you have to program a virtual memory pager in linux in c++.

Got to meet Higgins family today at the Hatch. Hes got a hot sister whos a senior in HS haha. Hear that geary?

Went out to the hill today and played frisbee with higgins. Chated with some ladies too, got digits. Possibility of any calls being made at this point: 30%. Ill have to come back and change that to 100% if i ever do get together with that girl haha. Problem: dont remember her name, but remember she had on red underwear. Im digging myself a hole here.

Due to my feeling crappy on my runs lately, i took today off. Did push ups and sit ups instead.

I was the first one in line today at Peta Pit, got there right as it opened, got the first burger of the night. SWEET! Working at Peta Pit looks like it sucks.

Ok im out, Have a good one yall.

    Hola
    Hey,

I never thought id say this, but i think i may be getting sick of the history channel. I know! its a scary thought. Still love mail call, but they dont show it enough anymore!

So i heard its gonna be in the 80s tomorrow, which means its time to bust out the jesus sandals again. Sweet, i missed those puppys.

Hey cassie remember the time i stole both your long sleeved shirts? Thanks man!

Ran today, warmed up did upper loop. Felt shitty again.

I am determined to get through this whole comming spring/summer with just one pair of shorts, the same pair i went through all of spring/summer last year with. This bothers my mother to no end.

This post lacks any structure or direction, i cant even seem to make a full paragraph about the same thing. What the heck is that thing comming out of my mood icon? Im contemplative, therefore i must have some strange white matter slicing my little yellow head open. AAHH!

Dont flirt with the lesbians and the girls with boyfriends
    What up everyone

so tonight i went to mcmurphys with this guy who lives on my floor, rich. I had never hung out with rich before so it was cool. So this random girl gave us a ride there because she owed rich "a favor." After using atwoods liscence to get into the bar because rich is 20, we met this group of chicks there who were friends with this girl rich knew from class. Some cuties, so i talk to this one. Things were going good till she started stroking the girl next to her. Turns out they were a couple and 26 years old haha. Then the other girl there that i was talking to turned out to have a boyfriend, so there goes my 2 strikes for the evening. Still it was a good time, mcmurphys is a fun place esp when they have a live band. Also saw Gillen there, who im living with this summer and all next year at the house. Special thanks to Gillens friend who kept giving me free beer the whole night. Not that hes reading this live journal, but by the astronomical chance he is, you rule man.

Heres the part where i talk about running, so you may skip over this (im looking at you cassie.)
Went for a run today, it was really nice out. Warmed up, did the upper loop, felt like death. I think i was still hung over from friday night haha.

Red Sox swept the devil rays, and the Yankees are in last place. All is well in the baseball universe.

This really drunk girl gave me a hug tonight, and i keep smelling her perfume on me. Smells really good. Too bad i dont remember what she looks like.

Bed for me, im sleepy. Night all.

    You cant rush art ook?
Have you ever listened to the John Mayer song "City Love?" Its a really chill chick oriented song, kinda like all his other songs. Im not saying dudes cant like John Mayer, because I do like his music, you just have to be in the mood to emasculate yourself for a little while, then finish off your playlist with some metallica or something to bring the manly ass kicking attitude back out. Anyway, about that song, I just figured out the city he is singing about is NYC, because hes says "I never liked this apple much, it always seemed too big to touch." The apple isnt a real apple stupid, it means the big apple, which is New York City!!! He also mentions something about "the battery" which is battery park which is at the bottom of manhatten. Anyways, YOSH!

Yosh is japaneese for "Onward! Lets Go!", just fyi.

So last night went to McMurphys to celebrate Andersons 21st. Got pretty tipsy, played the video spot whats different in two pictures game, had an irish car bomb, then a shot of soco with everyone who is living at my house next year. A good time was had by all, especially on the walk home and subsequent need to piss in a random alley.

Didnt run today, was hung over and needed a day off anyways. Yesterday had a good run, warmed up did the whole campus loop. Caught up to this kid who is in my CS 305 class, gave him a little salute as i passed him. Kinda felt like an ass afterwards, and i think he started running harder to try and catch me because he thought i was being cocky. Needless to say he didnt catch me, of course.

Mom and Dad came out today, it was nice. Got lots of food, some clothes at old navy. Old navy is the best, so cheap for graphic T's with like fake retro advertisements on them. A must for my drab wardrobe which consists of jeans and T shirts i bought at track meets in high school. This post is getting long, plus im tired so i must leave you now. Thank you, that is all.

    Red Sox 8, Yankees 5
So Renteria finally did something good tonight, which made me happy. I must say, that fan who hit Sheffield was an asshole. I mean, we all know Shef is a cocky loser but that fan made Red Sox fans everywhere look bad. For those of you who missed it, Sheffield was trying to make a play in right field on a ball that was rolling along side the wall and a fan reached out and punched him. Whatever, it was a good game otherwise.

So went running today (suprise). Warmed up, did upper loop, felt alright, legs were a little tired cause i went to the hampshire mall with anderson after my exam.

My exam went pretty good, gotta love open book open notes.

Theres this really creepy green light up by the observatory. For those of you not at umass, the observatory is up behind the ohill parking lot. I dont think its used anymore, plus theres a cell phone tower comming out of it now. I can see the light from where im sitting here out my window, i think theres probably aliens up there or something. Seriously.

Baby Anderson is finally 21, so we are all going to the bars tomorrow night, should be good times.

I hope the RIAA isnt going to sue me.

That is all, you may go.

Hello all 2 of you who read my journal!
    Dear LiveJournal,

I like to comment in Jill's journal, but she got mad at me for commenting too many times and threatened to delete my comments so FINE, GOOD LUCK GETTING ANYONE TO COMMENT ON YOUR JOURNAL, YOU WATERMELONHEAD!

On a lighter, less cynical note, I went running tonight! Warmed up, did the upper loop, felt ok. I was running while I was hungry which is a bad idea because your blood sugar gets low and by then end of the run you feel like youre dragging your feet and your legs have no bounce to them whatsoever. Got a comment on my "DICK U" shirt from random hot girl in the lobby of Dickinson, which is always nice.

So i got an exam tomorrow in rubix cubes, i mean cs 311 class. Gonna be rockin the open book open notes, shouldnt be too bad.

The freshman girls on this floor would be really really annoying if they werent so damn hot.

I just took a drink of this really old cup of water that has been sitting on my desk for like 3 days. I figure it cant be that bad for me, i mean if it werent sitting in the cup on my desk all this time it would have been sitting in pipes or in a pond somewhere which is just as bad...

Shout out to Brittzy-Girl, who i hear sucks at Goldeneye and is a Yankees fan. Just kidding, HEY BRITTANY!

Bed Early, Thanks for reading my journal. It will be a published work of art someday.

    Hey

So today I had lots of class. It was neat. Finally had a good run today, warmed up, did the outer campus loop + clark hill road. About 4 miles total, felt really good. Must have been the peta pit i had the night before. Heres a funny picture!

    STFU NOOB

Yes, this live journal is deteriorating into a nerd fest, but so is my life. There were 4 seperate rubix cubes being done in my cs 311 class the other day! I secretly want a rubix cube.

Know what horrifies me? That when I go to fill out my mood, theres a drop down box with a list of moods on it. Livejournal is constricting the broad range of human emotion down into one convienant drop down menu. Id have to say my favorites are "bitchy" and "predatory." Enough of my ranting. Night!

    MY SECOND POSTING!
so ive come crawling back to the lj for the second day, this is a big step for me. Atwoods is trying to ruin live journal for me by making fun of me and using all my old aguments against live journal against me. It was bothering me, then i realized hes a donkeyfuckingshiteater and got over it.

Ran today, felt alright. Warmed up, did the upper loop, about 3.5 miles total. Warm up consisted of a quick 4 minute run around orchard hill/upper central then stretching. Got tired comming up the hill from the fleet to central.

Now that youve skimmed over the first few words of the last paragraph and skipped down here, welcome back! I decided today i idolize my linear algebra teacher because he is the weirdest dude ever. If i ever get to teach a class some day, im going to be just like him. The link on the course website to the exam solutions is entitled "Exam 1-read it and weep with sorrow and regret." He'll just stop lecturing and go off on tangents about his tourtured childhood etc, quite amusing.

Its weird that sometimes i abreviate live journal as lj and other times i write out live journal. I have no idea what mechanism in my brain dictates when i write lj or live journal. Now that ive started a lj i find myself thinking about things in my day as they happen and wonder if they are live journal worthy. Most often they arent. Thats the difference between boring live journals and good ones, the author of a good live journal realizes that 95% of what they do during the day is not live journal material because its boring and no one cares. Im trying to be one of those authors, but failing miserably thus far. Bed now.

holy shit i got a live journal?
    Hello All,

I have decided to start writing in a livejournal, which is strange because Ive always thought they were kinda silly. Ill try to keep this exciting rather than a play by play of the venial tasks i may peform throughout my day.

but aren't the venial tasks the most interesting sometimes? Alex Cassie is without question a lj all star at this point, and the trivial things he does seem to keep me pretty entertained. I guess its all in the delivery.

LJ is a good way to keep in touch with geary, who is in iraq.

so i dont know how this lj experiment will go for me, i may not write in it and it may be hideously boring or i may write in it a lot and it could become published and admired one day after my death much like the works of emily dickinson, who absolutely everything in amherst seems to be nammed after.

i cant spell, dont like to use capitals and punctuation. havent decided yet weather I will utilize the spell check button at the bottom of the page, though it is calling my name...

to steal an idea from sousa, ill use the lj as a running log as well, so you all get to see how i felt on my runs and where i went every day. so much for the whole exciting and not writing about venial tasks thing.

still thinking of a catchy phrase to leave at the end of all posts, my first choice, "me out" is taken.

oh yeah back to the running thing. Today i was going to go running, went out to warm up and felt pains in my right quad above the knee so decided to take a day off. All the hills in amherst really beat the shit out of your legs, especially if youre just starting to get back into shape.

as you can see, my lj post is rapidly turning into a stream of consciousness with no structure whatsoever. its kind of neat, though the length of this post is already starting to horrify me, consitering i used to quietly laugh at people who wrote books for lj posts. i guess it can be excused since its my first ever post.

    screw you spell check button

im gonna go watch the history channel and fall asleep. im desperetly fighting the urge to finish with a "me out."

peace out (i know its cliche, gotta come up with something better)
